Japan's Housing Starts Rose in October

Japan released its annual Housing Starts for October showing an incline to -27.1% from the previous -37.0% and median estimates of -33.5%. Annualized housing starts reached 0.762 million compared with 0.699 million prior and 0.705 forecasted.
With regard to construction orders for October, it slid to -40.1% from -14.0%.
