Chile hit with 7.2 magnitude aftershock

A 7.2 magnitude aftershock struck near Chile's capital Santiago on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The aftershock was centered about 77 miles west-southwest of Santiago and was measured at a depth of 6.2 miles, USGS said.
