Daylight-saving time 2010 will begin on March 14.

On Sunday, clocks must be set one hour ahead following the popular saying "Spring forward fall back."

The Daylight saving time officially begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, but it is recommended that people set their clocks before they go to sleep on Saturday.
