The Japanese construction orders and the annualized housing starts

The Japanese economy released the annual figures for the constructions orders during December, where it massively retreated to 1.5% compared with the prior reading of 21.0%.

On the other hand the annualized housing starts retreated by -7.3% to reach (0.783 million yens), compared with the prior retreat of -0.3% that reached (0.845 million yens), which was revised to (0.824 million yens), also it missed expectations of -1.5% and (0.848 million).
