Britney Spears Wants the Royal Couple to Watch Her Show [PHOTOS]
The princess of pop declared that it would be "cool" if the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge could attend one of her upcoming UK shows.
It seems that Britney Spears has a particular guest list in mind for the UK leg of her "Femme Fatale" tour, and Prince William and Kate Middleton's names are on the top of it. The "Hold It Against Me" singer claims that it would be "cool" if the Royal Couple shows up in one of her 5-date shows. Although the singer says she believes in the couple's hectic schedule, she still hopes Prince William and Kate get to watch one of her performances.
"I'm sure they're very, very busy, but if they could squeeze it in that would be very cool" Spears told Daybreak's Steve Hargrave. The Royal Couple is currently enjoying a quiet time away from the media in their Kensington palace residence; and no confirmations from the Royal spokespersons have been released whether the two will get to hear Spears' songs live.
Spears also opened about how well she is doing lately, compared to her public "meltdown" in 2008.
"I'm in a very good place. I'm busy, I'm doing what I love, my family is great...I'm finding my whole click with life," claims the singer in the same appearance.
Spears broke out in the music industry with her hit single "Baby One More Time" in 1999, which garnered her international acclaim. The singer was recently honored at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards for her successful music career.
