One of America's most eligible bachelors, actor George Clooney, is talking about his love life in public for a change.
The current issue of US Weekly carries a report that says Elisabetta Canalis, Clooney's ex-girlfriend, sent many text messages to Clooney upon learning that he is dating Stacy Keibler. The report has come shortly after Clooney began dating Keibler.
Clooney has come forward to tell TMZ that the report "was completely fabricated in order to sell magazines. I never comment on my personal life unless it affects others...and this lie affects others."
"Since I would be the only actual witness, I ask you to correct your story immediately, but that would assume you cared at all about telling the truth," George said, addressing the magazine.
The press and the fans were convinced, up until a few months back, that Canalis was the one Clooney would finally walk down the aisle with. That did not happen.
