'Leaked' Samsung Nexus Prime Image Appears Following Apple iPhone 4S Disappointment

Following the disappointing lack of the fabled iPhone 5 during Apple's iPhone 4S unveiling, hope has appeared for die-hard high-end smartphone fans, as yet another leaked image of the Android powered Google Nexus Prime has appeared on the cyber highways.

The latest leaked image appeared on GSMArena just as Apple was unveiling its new iPhone 4S. The picture adds to existing speculation that the Nexus Prime would house a massive 4.6 inch Super AMOLED screen capable of an impressive 720p resolution.

The alleged "leaked" image has since been added to the ongoing slew of rumours following the fabled Nexus Prime.

Prior to GSMArena's leak a report from SlashGear had appeared suggesting Google's next entry into its flagship Nexus series had just received its Bluetooth certification. The news that the Nexus Prime has been given its Bluetooth certification has since been used as further evidence that the device's launch isn't far off.

The news added to a report from CNET UK that suggested the Nexus Prime will run using the Google's future Ice Cream Sandwich Android operating system.

CNET also suggested the device would be "blazingly fast," packing a 1.5GHz Exynos dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and house a curved 4.65-inch 1,280x720-pixel Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen.

Samsung, the company expected to make the Nexus Prime, is yet to confirm any of the details contained in the three web sites' reports.
