Steve Nash, basketball star, philanthropist, recreational soccer player, can now add another item to his resume: suit designer.

The 37-year-old Phoenix Suns point guard has designed a line of suits and ties for Indochino, a Canadian-based online company that produces customized clothing.

I'm proud to announce my own line of custom suits from @Indochino . . . I have been wearing @Indochino suits for three years and have recently joined the company as a proud investor, Nash wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.

To celebrate the new suits, Nash and Indochino launched a Facebook contest valued at $4,000. The sole winner will receive gems including round-trip airfare for two to Phoenix, two custom suits from the Steve Nash/Indochino collection, $500 spending money and two tickets to a Phoenix Suns game, topped off by a post-game handshake from the Suns MVP himself (if there is a season to be played this year).

Despite a 15-hour negotiating session that lasted until 3 a.m. on Thursday, NBA commissioner David Stern and company woke up empty handed, the New York Daily News reports.

We'll try to schedule as many games as possible if we can make a deal this week . . . until we have an overall deal we don't' have a deal on anything, Stern told the Daily News.

With the launch of his fashion line, Nash also has something new to deal with: a beckoning call from Miami Heat star Lebron James.

On Thursday afternoon, James made a questionable suggestion on Twitter.

Maybe @SteveNash in a Heat uni! So we can help each other get our 1st ring, James wrote.

Nash has yet to respond.
