21-23 Maiden Lane in Manhattan Sold for $14.5 Million

A mixed-use building at 21-23 Maiden Lane in Lower Manhattan has been sold for $14.5 million, according to New York City records.

The seller was 21-23 Maiden Lane Realty LLC. According to property records, 21-23 Maiden Lane Realty LLC is a subsidiary of Regal Real Estate, a family-owned business of developer Maurice Laboz.

Regal owns and operates residential and commercial properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Bill Punch, a principal of Regal, wasn't available for comment.

YJL Holdings LLC, based at 202 Centre Street, was the buyer. Officials at YJL couldn't be reached.

According to PropertyShark, 21-23 Maiden Lane is eight stories and 37,500 square feet. It has two ground floor retail units totaling 4,300 square feet and 30 residential units. The location's zoning allows for 15 stories and 63,465 square feet of air rights to be built, according to PropertyShark.
