Wearing vibrant red hues during official visits abroad seems to be the craze among royals and the latest to join in the trend is Princess Letizia of Spain.

The Spanish Princess wore a bright red knee-length skirt and long-sleeved jacket during her visit to the government palace in Santiago, Chile, along with husband, Spain's Crown Prince Felipe, on Nov. 22.

Early this month, Catherine (Kate) Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, sported a bright red dress for a public appearance. The Duchess visited the UNICEF emergency supply centre in Copenhagen, Denmark, Nov. 2, along with her husband, Prince William.

Princess Letizia teamed her red dress with a pair of grey stilettos and perfectly matching clutch. The Spanish royal couple is in Chile as part of an official visit. They also attended a meeting at Chile's former National Congress building during the day and an official dinner at the La Moneda Presidential Palace in Santiago, on Tuesday.
