Sebastian Vettel continues to make a name for himself in Formula One.

The 24-year-old German set the record for most poles in a season, capturing his 15th at the Brazilian Grand Prix to break Nigel Mansell's 19-year record, on Saturday in Sao Paolo.

Vettel finished in 1 minute, 11.918 seconds at the 2.6-mile Interlagos track, edging his Red Bull teammate, Mark Webber, who finished second with a lap of 1:12.099. Third place went to Jenson Button, of McLaren, who was timed at 1:12.283.

"I put everything in that last lap," Vettel said, according to the Associated Press. "It was very emotional when I crossed the line. It was all I had. I gave it all."

As Vettel continues his dominance, his legend grows, as well.

"Sebastian Vettel will certainly be a multiple world champion," Jackie Stewart, one of the all-time greats, told Daily Mail in December 2010.

"He is hugely talented, has great ability and magnificent focus. We know that because in order to win it this year he had to win the last race."
