Steve Jobs Is Barbara Walters' Most Fascinating Person of 2011

For Barbara WaltersSteve Jobs was the Most Fascinating Person of 2011. She said it was the first time that she has given the tribute to someone after their death.

The rest of her list includes Simon Cowell, Katy Perry, The Kardashians, Derek Jeter, Donald Trump, Amanda Knox, Pippa Middleton, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet.

Walters said she chose Jobs for her 18th annual list before his unexpected death in October.

Aside from being a technology expert, Jobs was also a loving husband and good father to his family. It was his company and his family that he cared for the most.  Walters interviews Job's good friend Bob Iger, the CEO and president of Disney.

"He wanted things insanely great and would take or accept nothing less than that," Iger said during the Walters interview.
