Waterproof gadgets have been one of the most popular trends in 2012 and many technology companies are showing off their waterproofing technology at CES 2012. One of them, Fujitsu, showcased its new line of waterproof smartphones and tablet.

In a bid to make its presence felt in the North American market, the Japanese tech company surprised all CES attendees in Las Vegas with its three waterproof smartphones and one waterproof tablet.

According to the exhibitor, the devices are waterproof up to 1.5 meter and as long as 30 minutes.

Fujitsu's waterproof gadgets has been launched in Japan, but the company declined to reveal the U.S. launch date. Fujitsu waterproof tablet especially has caught everybody's attention. It's expected to be launched in the third or fourth quarter of 2012, with the price between $300 and $500.

Arrows Ultra Slim Waterproof Smartphone
This slim smartphone features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 dot) AMOLED dispaly, 6.7mm thick body, Adroid 2.3 OS, 5.1 MP rear camera, and Qualcomm MSM 8255 1.4 GHz processor. It also has a 1400 mAH battery, 1GB RAM and 2GB ROM (expandable up to 32GB via microSDHC).

Arrows WiMAX High Spec Waterproof Smartphone
This WiMax equipped smartphone boosts of a 4.3-inch HD (720x1280 dot) dispaly, OMAP4430 1.2 GHz dual core processor, Android 2.3 OS, 13.1 MP rear camera and 1.3 MP front-facing camera. In addition, it features a 1460 mAH battery, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM (expandable up to 32GB via microSDHC).

Windows Phone 7.5 Waterproof Smartphone
This waterproof smartphone runs on Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) OS, and features a 3.7-inch dispaly WVGA (480x800 dot) dispaly, Qualcomm MSM 8655 1GHz processor. It boosts of a 13.2 rear camera, 1460 mAH battery, and 512MB RAM and 32GB ROM.

The 10.1-inch tablet features Android 3.2 OS and OMP4430 1GHz dual core processor. It has 5.1-MP rear-facing and 1.3-MP front-facing cameras, 6560 mAH battery, 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM (expandable up to 32GB via microSDHC).
