Angelina Jolie, on the heels of a meeting with President Barack Obama at the White House on Wednesday, will hold a live chat with fans on Thursday night.

For the first time in her career, Jolie will speak live via online video and respond to your questions on her new movie In the Land of Blood and Honey.

This is my first online chat and I'm thrilled that Hearst is broadcasting this across so many of its Web sites to reach such a diverse audience as the film expands into more theaters, Jolie stated.

International Business Times is among the media outlets hosting the chat, and streaming video of the conversation will be broadcast through the film's Facebook page.

Users can submit questions in advance by RSVPing on Livestream or by signing in through Twitter and Facebook. The live chat will take place at 8 p.m Eastern time, 5 p.m. Pacific time, and will last 45 minutes.

In the Land of Blood and Honey is Jolie's directorial debut. The film, which Jolie also wrote, is set during the Bosnian War and follows two lovers who are torn apart by ethnic conflict.

In the Land of Blood and Honey is now playing in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and San Francisco, and opens nationwide on Friday. The film has received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign Language Film.
