Beyonce's hospital room at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York reportedly looked like a penthouse at the Four Seasons.
TMZ reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby girl Blue Ivy Carter was born into a suite that the hospital constructed for VIPs and that the room was christened by Beyonce on Saturday when she gave birth to her daughter.

TMZ managed to get a hold of these photos of the room in which Blue Ivy was born and describe the suite as having four flat screen TVs, state of the art electronics, a kitchenette, mahogany walls, plush furnishings and nice art. There was also reportedly a bed where Jay-Z could catch up on his beauty rest.
The celebrity news Web site reported that sources have said the suite was not constructed specifically for the Carters. However, the intention was always that Beyonce would be the first patient to use it, the TMZ report noted.
The New York Daily News described Beyonce's hospital room as "glam private," "plush and sprawling" and said the room looked more like "top-dollar accommodations at five-star luxury hotels."

The Daily News also reported that Beyonce's hospital room also included upholstered gray and cream sofas with silken throw pillows and that it served as a home away from home for the diva and her husband of almost four years.
The Daily News reported that the hospital said Beyonce and Jay-Z paid up to $800 a night for the fourth-floor suite and that they also booked adjacent rooms for their crew.
Lenox Hill spokeswoman Ann Silverman didn't confirm with the Daily News if the photos obtained by TMZ were in fact of the exact space booked by the "Love on Top" singer.
"There are seven rooms that can be reconfigured, and they run $700 to $800 per night per room. You can do the math," Silverman said. "There are four rooms on one side and three on the other."
Lenox Hill Executive Director Frank Danza told the Daily News, "The stars really did align for them."
