The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Friday were:: Sears Holdings, Astex Pharmaceuticals, Cogo Group, G-III Apparel Group, Achillion Pharmaceuticals and Tuesday Morning Corp. The top after-market NASDAQ losers were: Spreadtrum Communications, NetScout Systems, First Defiance Financial, Ocean Rig UDW, Pacific Biosciences of California and Ancestry.com.

Gainers:

Sears Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:SHLD) shares climbed 13.97 percent to $49.60 in aftermarket trading sessions. The stock has a 52-week low of $28.89, a 52-week high of $94.79 and $5.24 billion in market capitalization.

Astex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTX) shares surged 5 percent to $2.22 in aftermarket trading sessions.

Cogo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:COGO) shares gained 3.79 percent to $2.22 in aftermarket trading sessions.

G-III Apparel Group, LTD. (NASDAQ:GIII) shares advanced 3.74 percent to $25.54 in aftermarket trading sessions. The company stock was upgraded to an “underperform” rating from “neutral” rating at Zacks Investment Research.

Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACHN) shares gained 3.27 percent to $9.79 in post-market trading sessions. The company stock slumped nearly 11 percent in regular trading sessions.

Tuesday Morning Corp. (NASDAQ:TUES) shares advanced 3.13 percent to $3.30 in aftermarket trading sessions. The stock has a 52-week low of $3.05, a 52-week high of $5.23 and $136.10 billion in market capitalization.

Losers:

Spreadtrum Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPRD) shares slumped 7.02 percent to $15.50 in aftermarket trading sessions.

NetScout Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTCT) shares declined 4.23 percent to $19.92 in aftermarket trading sessions. The company stock surged more than 4 percent in regular trading sessions after analysts’ at Mizuho raised their price target on shares of NTCT to $24.00 from $21.00.

First Defiance Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:FDEF) shares declined 3.84 percent to $15.36 in aftermarket trading sessions. The company stock gained more than 4 percent in regular trading sessions.

Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (NASDAQ:ORIG) shares declined 2.89 percent to $14.56 in aftermarket trading sessions. The stock has a 52-week low of $11.70, a 52-week high of $18.73 and $1.98 billion in market capitalization.

Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (NASDAQ:PACB) shares declined 2.54 percent to $3.46 in post-market trading sessions.

Ancestry.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACOM) shares declined 2.46 percent to $28.60 in post-market trading sessions. The stock has a 52-week low of $20.67, a 52-week high of $45.79 and $1.29 billion in market capitalization.
