The companies expected to see active trade Wednesday are: Apple, Boeing, CA, Xerox, Automatic Data Processing, Netflix, General Dynamics, SanDisk Corp, Hess Corp, Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Laboratories, ConocoPhillips and Murphy Oil Corp.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) shares climbed 7.16 percent to $450.50 in pre-market trading session as the iPhone maker reported outstanding first quarter earnings late Tuesday. Its first quarter net income more than double to $13.06 billion or $13.87 per share from $6.00 billion or $6.43 per share in the same period last year.

For the second quarter, the company expects earnings to be about $8.50 per share on revenue of $32.5 billion, while analysts' are expecting the company to report quarterly net income of $8.04 per share on revenue of $32.1 billion.

Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA) is due to report fourth quarter earnings before markets open on Wednesday. Analysts, polled by Thomson Reuters, expect the company, on average, to report a fourth quarter net income of $1.01 per share compared to $1.56 per share in the same quarter last year.

CA Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) shares climbed15.03 percent to $26.25 in post market trading session after reporting third quarter earnings. Net income rose to $319 million or $0.65 per share from $256 million or $0.50 per share in the same period last year. Revenue rose to $1.26 billion from $1.14 billion last year, while analysts' expected the company to report net income of $0.54 per share on revenue of $1.21 billion for the third quarter.

Xerox Corp. (NYSE:XRX) is scheduled to report fourth quarter earnings before the markets open Tuesday. Analysts expect the company to report fourth quarter net profit of $0.33 per share compared to $0.29 per share in the same period last year.

Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NASDAQ:ADP) is expected to report second quarter net income of $0.68 per share, up from $0.62 per share in the same quarter last year.

Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) is slated to report fourth quarter earnings after the closing bell. The company is expected to report fourth quarter earnings per share of $0.57 compared to $0.87 in the same period a year-ago.

General Dynamics Corp. (NYSE:GD) is projected to report fourth quarter net profit of $1.99 per share compared to $1.91 per share in the same quarter last year.

SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ:SNDK) is scheduled to report fourth quarter earnings after the markets close on Wednesday. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly net profit of $1.26 per share compared to $1.27 per share in the same period last year.

Hess Corp. (NYSE:HES) is forecasted to report fourth quarter earnings per share of $1.27, up from $1.20 in the same period last year.

Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT) is expected to report fourth quarter net profit of $1.44 per share on revenue of $10.76 billion.

ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) is projected to report fourth quarter net income of $1.78 per share before the opening bell on Wednesday.

Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE:MUR) is slated to report fourth quarter earnings after the closing bell. The company is expected to report quarterly net income of $1.40 per share compared to $0.90 per share in the same quarter last year.
