Apple leadership has unveiled the tech-forward reward for Apple all employees, which number well over 60,000. Soon after announcing that in the holiday quarter, Apple has sold a record 37.04 million iPhones with a 128% growth compared to same period last year and 15.43 million iPad with a 11% increase, Apple CEO Tim Cook followed up by announcing in a "town hall" meeting that Apple will offer a total $750 discount on its products, which can be used once every three years.

Compared to the current benefit Apple employees enjoyed - 25% discount on a Mac computer once a year - this offer sounds exciting to all Apple employees, including retail store workers, as the discount has been extended to iPad.

9to5Mac reported that the discount benefit will start from June with $500 off new Macs and $250 off on new iPads. However, to avail of this benefit, the employee should have been serving Apple for at least 90 days.

"Thanks to everyone's hard work, we're off to a great start in 2012. Last week in New York we launched a groundbreaking initiative for education with iBooks textbooks, and today we reported the strongest quarter in Apple's history," an email sent to Apple employees read.

Tim Cook may not be a tech genius like Steve Jobs but it seems he knows how to keep Apple employees happy!
