Even on his own birthday, Justin Timberlake is all about his movies.
Early Tuesday morning, the former Mouseketeer, who turns 31, took to Twitter to promote his latest film.
"Did you know you can get the @intimemovie DVD/Blu-Ray tomorrow?" Timberlake wrote.
Twitter feeds have also been flooding with birthday messages for the former NSYNC front man.
"Happy birthday Justin Timberlake . . . I remember when you used to be a singer! Ha x," wrote celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
Born Justin Randall Timberlake on Jan. 31, 1981 in Memphis, Tennessee, his aspirations to become a superstar arrived early, thanks to appearances on "Star Search" and "The New Mickey Mouse Club" (where he met Ryan Gosling, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and fellow 'N Sync member JC Chasez).
After more than seven years in boy band land, Timberlake released his debut solo album, "Justified," which went on to sell more than 7 million copies worldwide. Four years later, he released "FutureSex/LoveSounds," spawning hits like "SexyBack" and "My Love" and earning four Grammy Awards.
Since 2006, Timberlake has starred in several feature-length films, including "Alpha Dog," "Shrek the Third" and "The Social Network." In 2011, he starred alongside former flame Cameron Diaz in the comedy "Bad Teacher," as well as the romantic comedy "Friends with Benefits" opposite Mila Kunis (a picture similar to the Ashton Kutcher/Natalie Portman flick "No Strings Attached.")
Timberlake has plenty of reason to celebrate this year. In early January, his own grandmother confirmed that he became engaged to longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel over the holidays.
"He called me on Christmas Day and told me he's engaged . . . the family loves Jessie. She's a very street girl," grandmother Sadie Bomar told Gossip Cop.
His movie career has also upgraded, thanks to a gig with the Coen Brothers. Timberlake will appear in "Inside Llewyn Davis," a folk music-heavy film also starring Carey Mulligan and Garrett Hedlund.
