There was little goal scoring in the Liverpool - Tottenham match on Monday night at Anfield, but there was still some theatrics in the first half.

In the 12th minute, action had to be stopped when a cat found it's way into the penalty box.

Tottenham goakeeper Brad Friedel didn't seem to crack a smile, but Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish seemed to be a little amused.

The match ended with a score, so the cat may have been the biggest story. This is the second time this week that there was a stoppage of play in Liverpool due to a pitch invader.

On Jan. 31, a man handcuff himself to Joe Hart's goalpost during Everton's Premier League match against Manchester City at Goodison Park. The delay lasted about five minutes as police had brought out bolt cutters to pry the man loose. He was protesting alleged problems with a Dublin-based airline's recruitment practices.
