Despite having four children, Victoria Beckham always seems to shrink back into her slender figure post-pregnancy. It comes as no surprise that the former Spice Girl turned designer shed a ton of baby weight pounds in preparation for Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, but this time she revealed her diet secrets.

Beckham, 37, showed off her post-baby body after having Harper Seven in July once again for a sexy corset and lingerie shoot for I-D Magazine last week, donning a white Rochas corset, a PVC outfit from Balmain and Manolo Blahnik heels.

After the lingerie shoot debuted last week, the world wondered how the mother-of-four slimmed down to fit in a tiny corset. According to a report from Grazia back in September, Beckham credits the new Five Hands Diet as how she dropped the pounds.

The strict diet only allows five handfuls of food per day mixed with a healthy diet and exercise. According to Grazia, Beckham completely cut out sugar and ate tons of protein, including smoked salmon, prawns with chilli, yellow-fin tuna sushi and scrambled eggs with green vegetables and tons of water. Beckham also snacked on goji berries and nuts in addition to a strict exercise regime, rumored with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, and Pilates and algae wraps.

Beckham is also pairing the Five Hands diet with copious amounts of work, as countless celebrities including the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz, have asked that she design Oscar gowns for them to wear.

Although it's a great place to be in, Victoria's been working day and night to keep up with demand, a source told the Daily Mirror. She's also preparing for New York Fashion Week and feels under enormous pressure.

Beckham will debut her Fall 2012 sport-luxe collection at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week on Sunday, which according to the former Spice Girl, has evolved since her first major fashion show four years ago.

When I started it was all about the corset dress, Victoria Beckham told I-D Magazine. That's what people associated me with, and possibly if I'm honest a sign of my own insecurities as well. But the older I get and the more comfortable I am in my own skin, the more I realize that to look great and feel great I haven't always got to wear something tight.
