Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart On Sushi Date: Other Photos of the Camera Shy Couple [Slideshow]

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may try to keep a low profile, but the two on screen vampires were spotted by a fan  Feb. 6 in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

The two dined with Stewart's mom, Jules Mann-Stewart at Iwata Sushi, a low key restaurant. Hollywood Life reports that the restaurant is intimate, with around seven tables and a bar.

Pattinson and Stewart also did some light browsing before dinner, stopping by American Vinatage and Iquana Vintage Clothing, but not purchasing anything. Hollywood Life reports that those who spotted "Robsten" did not see any PDA.

This isn't the first time that the mysterious couple has been in the news this week. Perez Hilton reported that the original "Twilight" director, Catherine Hardwicke, has a guilty conscience about bringing Pattinson and Stewart together. In an older interview, Hardwicke dropped the story about how the couple first kissed while on Hardwicke's bed. At the time of the filming the first movie, Robsten were dating different people. Stewart was attached to "Dogtown" actor Michael Angarano, and Pattinson was reportedly "heavily involved" with "Twilight's" very own Rosalie, or Nikki Reed.

"Michael's a wonderful actor. He was in Dogtown, one of my favorites, so I felt pretty bad because I love him and they were such a great couple," said Hardwicke in a new interview.

Nikki Reed also took to interviews this week to discuss her costar, and upcoming "Snow White" actress. "Kristen makes a really awesome vampire," said Reed in an interview with E! at the Rolling Stone Super Bowl party. "I think that everybody has been waiting to see how that transformation goes down and she makes a really beautiful vampire."
