The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Wednesday were: Accuray Inc, support.com, Akamai Technologies, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Select Comfort Corp, Exelixis, FriendFinder Networks, Limelight Networks and American Capital Mortgage Investment.

Accuray Inc. (ARAY) stock climbed 19.24 percent to $7.50 in post market trading session. The company reported second quarter net loss of $0.10 per share against analysts’ estimation of $0.19 loss per share. For fiscal 2012, the company expects revenues to be in a range of $400 to $415 million against analysts’ estimation of $412.42 million.

support.com, Inc. (SPRT) stock climbed 13.73 percent to $2.90 in post market trading session. Its non-GAAP net loss narrowed to $2.8 million or $0.06 per share from $3.1 million or $0.07 per share in the same quarter a year-ago. Revenue rose to $15.0 million from $12.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Akamai Technologies, Inc. (AKAM) stock climbed 12.8 percent to $38.85 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $0.45 per share compared to $0.40 per share in the same quarter a year-earlier and against analysts’ estimation of $0.40 per share. AKAM also announced that Benson, the company's Senior Vice President of Finance, will succeed J. Donald Sherman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, in a planned transition.

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CPIX) stock climbed 11.11 percent to $7.50 I post market trading session. The company announced Wednesday that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to its new formulation of Acetadote (acetylcysteine) Injection, which is used to treat acetaminophen poisoning.

Select Comfort Corp. (SCSS) stock surged 8.02 percent to $29.35 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $15.4 million or $0.27 per share compared to $7.1 million or $0.13 per share in the same period a year-earlier and against analysts’ estimation of $0.22 per share.

Exelixis, Inc. (EXEL) stock gained 5.05 percent to $6.45 in aftermarket trading session. The company swung to fourth quarter net profit of $0.35 per share compared to net loss of $0.16 per share in the same quarter a year-earlier.

FriendFinder Networks Inc. (FFN) stock gained 4.76 percent to $2.20 in post market trading session. The company stock climbed nearly 43 percent in regular trading session.

Limelight Networks, Inc. (LLNW) stock gained 4.25 percent to $4.17 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.95, a 52-week high of $8.58 and $432.75 million in market capitalization.

American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (MTGE) stock gained 3.8 percent to $20.49 in aftermarket trading session.
