Top After Market NYSE Movers (ENS, CVA, SIX, CHKR, V, BGC, JKS, KRC, ADY, SFUN)

The top aftermarket NYSE gainers Wednesday were: Enersys, Covanta Holding, Six Flags Entertainment, Chesapeake Granite Wash Trust and Visa. The top aftermarket NYSE losers: General Cable, JinkoSolar Holding, Kilroy Realty, Feihe International and SouFun Holdings Ltd.

Gainers:

Enersys (ENS) shares surged 7.06 percent to $34.10 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported third quarter net income of $36.8 million or $0.77 per share compared to $33.7 million or $0.67 per share in the same quarter a year-earlier and against analysts’ estimation of $0.69 per share.

For the fourth quarter, the company expects adjust earnings to be in a range of $0.86 to $0.90 per share against analysts’ estimation of $0.73 per share.

Covanta Holding Corp. (CVA) shares gained 4.94 percent to $15.30 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net profit of $0.26 per share compared to $0.19 per share a year-ago and against analysts’ estimation of $0.23 per share.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (SIX) shares gained 3.9 percent to $45.60 in post market trading session. The company announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the company's ongoing quarterly cash dividend from $0.06 per common share to $0.60 per share.

Chesapeake Granite Wash Trust (CHKR) shares gained 3.75 percent to $27.65 in aftermarket trading session.

Visa Inc. (V) shares gained 3.09 percent to $111.70 in post market trading session. The company reported first quarter net profit of $1.03 billion or $1.49 per class A share compared to $884 million or $1.23 per class A share in the same period a year-earlier and against analysts’ estimation of $1.45 per class A share.

Losers:

General Cable Corp. (BGC) shares slumped 9.2 percent to $31.10 in post market trading session. Its fourth quarter net income declined to $4.4 million or $0.09 per share from 35.0 million or $0.66 per share in the same period a year-ago.

JinkoSolar Holding Co, Ltd. (JKS) shares plunged 4.58 percent to $8.21 in post market trading session.

Kilroy Realty Corp. (KRC) shares declined 3.29 percent to $41.80 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that it has commenced a public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock.

Feihe International, Inc. (ADY) shares declined 2.55 percent to $3.45 in aftermarket trading session.

SouFun Holdings Ltd. (SFUN) shares declined 2.53 percent to $18.80 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.96, a 52-week high of $27.57 and $1.47 billion in market capitalization.
