Hunky 'High School Musical' star Zac Efron and the 'Ghost Whisperer' herself, Jennifer Love Hewitt, has been named as People magazine's "most amazing bodies".
Besides topping the (six) pack for the best male body, Efron was also a "best chest" honouree along with Abbie Cornish's ex, Ryan Philippe, and rapper Common, who is currently dating tennis pro Serena Williams. For those aspiring to look like the buff star, Efron dished to the mag that his "fail-safe" workout secret is "[going] to the gym for an hour".

Hewitt, who famously ignited a "vajazzling" trend following her break-up from comedian Jamie Kennedy, debuted her freshly shaped-up body in the magazine's current issue. She attributes a healthier lifestyle, like hitting the gym and giving up junk food, to her bangin' bod. She also stressed on having "a really good mindset" when trying to get back into shape.
The 31-year-old actress also reveals that after many years of struggling with her body image, she is finally feeling good about it. "I'm starting to love it (her body)," she told the mag. "Not in love yet, but I'm falling in love with my body."
People's double issue not only features the fit physiques of various celebs, but it also features health and body-image advice. As model/actress Garcelle Beauvais explained, "We're (Hollywood) putting too much pressure on losing the weight and fitting into the skinny jeans".
