Max Azria and wife, Lubov, who is the chief creative officer at BCBG, know what women want. That is why BCBG Max Azria is renowned for its effortless, sensual femininity.

The Fall 2012 show gave hints of sensuality and lots of decadence.

Models glided down the runway in maxi dresses made of airy fabrics with high slits. Hints of decadence wear seen in fur and suede accents on sleeves, collars and chests. Colorblocking made a huge imprint on the Fall 2012 collection, with everything from dresses to tops to even the fur flaunting the multi-colored print.

The entire collection gave off a very 70s vibe, with high slits on the dresses and billowy sleeves. The palette was mainly nude with rich pops of mustard, burgundy and navy.

BCBG's Fall 2012 was a smooth transition from its Spring 2012 line.

Runway Rewind: BCBG’s Spring 2012 collection was rife with breezy frocks, sheer fabrics, zig zags, colorblocking and sexy slits. And yet, a collection so feminine was offset by a decidedly tribal, sporty vibe.

Models for the New York Fashion Week 2012 show had their hair done in sleek low ponytails by Neil Moodie for Bumble and bumble. Makeup was done by Charlotte Willer for Maybelline New York. Willer focused on a clean, fresh face with soft brown eyelids and pale lips. Nails were done by O.P.I.

Currently the company is looking for the face of its Spring 2013 ad campaign. Lubov and Refinery29.com have teamed up to hand pick 10 women from across the U.S. to fly to L.A. to be photographed and have their images placed on the label’s social media sites, official Web site and in stores.

The winner of the contest will be featured in BCBG’s 2013 ad campaign as well as receive $5,000 in merchandise value. There is also a second place! Out of the 10 chosen, through popular ratings, the popular choice will be featured all over BCBG’s social media pages and receive a $1,000 credit to BCBG Max Azria!
