"F--K ART" Premier at New York's Museum of Sex [NSFW] [SLIDESHOW]

Last night, the Museum of Sex (MoSex) in Manhattan played host to a gallery opening under the title "F--- ART". Emilie Baltz (Creative Director) and Mark Snyder (Director of Exhibitions) co-curated the show.

It brought 20 street artists together and pushed their already controversial politics to the maximum. Provocateurs and police came out in kind.

One known vandal said: "How obvious vandal squad was trying to secretly film the crowd in the building. Pasty looking beer bellies, shooting with a small video camera from the hip."

A source also advised that police arrested a man, Jessie Edwards, as he was premiering his own work on the second floor of the museum. Edwards was pulled from on line outside the event before even setting foot inside the building.

Other highlights included: sexual fluid ice cream made by Lush, that you had to sign a waiver to eat; "Wild Style" filmmaker Charlie Ahearn riding the 14-foot F--k Bike (photo); news that the beautiful Showpaper project just received funding to do a a curated installation at the Brooklyn Museum; seeing issues of Creem Magazine again.
