Power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z finally released the first photos of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who was born last month and already Twitter is going crazy with celebrities and fans describing the baby girl as "cute" and "beautiful."

Like everything else in their lives, Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, kept Blue Ivy's birth private and only released what information they needed to and when they felt the time was right. There were speculations that the two would release Blue Ivy's first photos in a high-end, glossy magazine, but the couple proved the world wrong.
Instead, Jay-Z and Beyonce released Blue Ivy Carter's first photos, a little more than a month after she was born, on Jay-Z's lifestyle blog, Life + Times. The images of their newborn daughter surfaced on Friday afternoon with a message, "We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. - The Carter Family."

Reports are that Beyonce and Jay-Z rented the entire fourth floor of Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side for the birth of their first child together.
TMZ and other media reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby girl Blue Ivy Carter was born into a suite that the hospital had built for VIPs. The room was reportedly first used by Beyonce and it contained four flat screen TVs, state of the art electronics, a kitchenette, mahogany walls, plush furnishings and nice art.
