Twitter Fans Pray for Bobbi Kristina, Whitney Houston's Daughter

After news of Whitney Houston's death hit the media Twitter fans began sending prayers for Bobbi Kristina, Whitney Houston's daughter. Houston died on Saturday, at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

Beverly Hills Police Department Lt. Mark Rosen said she singer was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. in her room. He said an attempt was made to resuscitate the singer, but medics were unsuccessful. 

"No obvious signs of foul play and no obvious signs of a cause of death," Rosen told the media.

A coroner will determine the facts of the matter and how the singer died.

Rosen could not comment as to whether drugs were found in the singer's room.

"We don't know yet," he told the media. "Her death is under investigation."

TMZ reported that Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina had a shouting match with police officers outside the hotel room where her mother died. Law enforcement sources told the celebrity news Web site that Bobbi Kristina showed up on the fourth floor where her mother died hours later and was told no one was allowed to see the body.

"[Bobby Kristina] screamed, cursed and demanded to see her mother," TMZ reported, noting that the singer's daughter wasn't allowed into the room and so she left.

TMZ's report also stated that Houston's cousin Dionne Warwick arrived later and was turned away by officers also.

When the news broke, fans immediately took to Twitter to wish the singer a good rest and pray for Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina. Both Houston and Bobbi Kristina, who were very close upon Houston's death, instantly became trending topics on Twitter and it remained so as of writing this article. Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown's name is also creating buzz on Twitter. Brown is said to be "devastated" by Whitney Houston's death.
