Rihanna may be Barbadian but she made all Jamaica proud Sunday night by performing the popular dance move "Willie Bounce" at the 2012 Grammy Awards. The performance has commanded the attention of many Jamaicans and other Caribbean nationals, catapulting the term "Willie Bounce" to trending topic status on Twitter.
Rihanna started the performance with "We Found Love" and was wearing her new blonde hairdo. She was later joined by Chris Martin and then the rest of Coldplay, who later performed "Paradise."
Below are some of the reactions from Twitter:
-- "Big up @rihanna for the willie bounce and wacky dip at the Grammys #EverythingMucho" - Elephant Man, a Jamaican artist with a song titled "Willie Bounce."
-- "Thank You @rihanna -- Willie Bounce is trending because of you ... Now y'all @VisitJamaicaNow to learn the dance! #Jamaica #Grammys" - J. N.
