Indian actress Esha Deol got engaged to businessman Bharat Takhtani at a very private ceremony in Mumbai Sunday.
Esha (29) is the daughter of much renowned actress Hema Malini, addressed affectionately as "Dream Girl," and veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra.
Esha might not have given many memorable box office hits, but she is certainly a talented actress. She has showcased her talent in films like "Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche," "Yuva" and "Dhoom."
"Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche" was actress's first movie and it got her the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award. Her yet to be released movies include "Ghost Ghost Na Raha," "Raaz 3" and "Kaanch - The Broken Glass".
"We are very happy today for Esha and Bharat. It is a happy moment for all of us. Bharat is a very nice person. It is a private function," Hema Malini, 63, was quoted as saying by India Today.

"I am very happy and I thank everyone for their blessings," said an excited Esha, according to the report.
Hema Malini added that the wedding dates were not yet decided but it was not far and would be announced soon.
