The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Monday were: Ultra Clean Holdings, Insight Enterprises, Perfect World, TripAdvisor, SunPower Corp and Education Management Corp. The top after-market NASDAQ losers Monday were: Seattle Genetics, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Smith & Wesson Holding, IPG Photonics, Imperial Sugar Co. and Fastenal Co.

Gainers:

Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. (UCTT) stock climbed 16.67 percent to $9.10 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $7.8 million or $0.34 per share compared to $3.9 million or $0.17 per share in the same period a year earlier.

For the first quarter, the company expects earnings to be in a range of $0.15 to $0.18 per share on revenues of $105 million to $110 million, while analysts expect the company to report first quarter earnings per share of $0.09 on revenues of $88.98 million.

Insight Enterprises Inc. (NSIT) stock climbed 14.13 percent to $21.65 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $0.78 per share compared to $0.53 per share in the same quarter last year and against analysts’ estimation of $0.49 per share. The company expects fiscal 2012 earnings to be in a range of $2.20 to $2.30 per share against analysts’ estimation of $2.04 per share.

Perfect World Co. Ltd. (PWRD) stock surged 6.15 percent to $12.77 in post market trading session.

TripAdvisor Inc. (TRIP) stock gained 4.7 percent to $29.93 in post market trading session. Analysts at Capstone initiated coverage on TRIP with a “strong-buy” rating.

SunPower Corp. (SPWR) stock gained 4.24 percent to $8.16 in aftermarket trading session.

Education Management Corp. (EDMC) stock gained 3.98 percent to $20.62 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $13.45, a 52-week high of $29.90 and $2.53 billion in market capitalization.

Losers:

Seattle Genetics Inc. (SGEN) stock plunged 6.7 percent to $17.69 in post market trading session. Its fourth quarter net loss narrowed to $27 million or $0.24 per share from $34.5 million or $0.34 per share in same period a year ago.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ALNY) stock plunged 5.41 percent to $11.72 in post market trading session. The company announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 7 million common shares.

Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. (SWHC) stock declined 4.94 percent to $5 in post market trading session.

IPG Photonics Corp. (IPGP) stock declined 4.09 percent to $57.03 in post market trading session. The company stock surged more than 7 percent in regular trading session after Barclays Capital raised price target on shares of IPGP to $54.00 from $50.00.

Imperial Sugar Co. (IPSU) stock declined 2.84 percent to $6.83 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock surged nearly 5 percent in regular trading session.

Fastenal Co. (FAST) stock declined 2.72 percent to $49.20 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $29.14, a 52-week high of $50.63 and $14.94 billion in market capitalization.
