RBI’s Reference Rate for Dollar Today

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Wednesday fixed the reference rate for the US dollar at 49.2520 rupees and the euro 64.8900 rupees.

The corresponding rates of dollar and euro for the previous day (February 14, 2012) were 49.3313 rupees and 64.8391 rupees respectively.

Based on the reference rate for the US dollar and middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rates of British pound as against the rupee is 77.4537 as against 77.4107 on the previous day (February 14, 2012) and that of Japanese yen is 62.76 as against 63.25 the previous day.
