A condo in the shimmering twin towers at 25 Columbus Circle in Manhattan has sold for $19.4 million, according to city records posted Tuesday.

The sellers were Tracy and Michael Murphy, who had an address listed at the nearby 888 Seventh Ave., a commercial building that is the headquarters of Vornado Realty Trust.

NYC Real Estate Opportunities Inc., a Singapore-based company, was the buyer. The company's address, One Raffles Place, matches that of real estate company Overseas Union Enterprise Ltd. An e-mail to the company wasn't immediately returned.

The roughly 4,000-square-foot condo has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with marble baths and 10-foot ceilings, according to the listing. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow views of Central Park, the East River and Hudson River.

The unit had been listed for $27.5 million by Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman since September 2011.

Elizabeth Lee Sample and Brenda Powers of Brown Harris Stevens had previously marketed the property for $25.95 million.

The Related Companies developed Columbus Circle as a mixed-use complex that includes luxury condos, a Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the headquarters for Time Warner, although the media company has been considering a move.

David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the building, which was one of the first highrise developments to be completed in the city after the 9/11 attacks.
