'Twilight's' Ashley Greene Turns 25 [PHOTOS]

The quirky and not to mention lovely actress behind Alice Cullen, Ashley Greene, from the  popular vampire film, "Twilight" turns 25. Her dedicated fans have seen her evolve from the girl-next-door look to the sexy and sultry model of DKNY. Take a look at how the birthday girl has evolved over the years in film and fashion.

Ashley Greene first broke out into the scene in the year 2006 when she starred as Ann Rappaport in the television series, "Crossing Jordan." Again in 2006 she appeared in a short stint in the television series, "MADtv" where she played Amber. The 25-year old actress had a series of television shows before making her big Hollywood break in 2008 as the charming, Alice Cullen, in Stephanie Meyer's best-selling novel, "Twilight."

Though half of the world was instantly smitten by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, the other half was taken by Ashley Greene's beauty and acting ability. Ashley Greene had originally planned to become a model instead she had taken the route of becoming and actress instead. Well, her hard work had not gone unnoticed because Ashley has become the official model for DKNY Spring 2012 and the DKNY JEANS Spring 2012.

The stunning DKNY model also graced a few magazine covers of which include the highly celebrated men's magazine, Maxim, the women's magazine, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Glamour, Nylon, Women's Health, Saturday Night, Bliss, InStyle, Glamour, Allure and a whole lot more.

Though the "Twilight" series may be nearing its end this year, Ashley's lucky stars are still on her side and her fans are awaiting her other films coming out this year. Ashley is to star alongside pop superstar, Miley Cyrus, and Demi Moore in the teenage comedy, "LOL" and in another movie that is said to flaunt Greene's deeper acting style in "Apparition."

Despite having a nude photo scandal, Ashley Greene keeps her head up and continues to be a role model for younger generations in the world. Ashley had recently won the award for Style Icon Award the Hollywood Life Young Hollywood Awards. Hollywood is yet to see Ashley Greene's greatest performance and her fans are along for the ride for her rise up the charts. Knowing Ashley, she's nowhere near giving up yet and losing to rising starlets of this generation.

"So now I'm in this realm with a lot of highly respected actresses, which is an amazing place to be, but also kind of terrifying. ... I'm so laser-focused on my career, because when you're dealt these cards, if you don't kind of run with it, then you're an idiot. You gotta take advantage of what you've been given," shared Ashley Green about her rise to fame in Twilight.
