Top After Market NYSE Gainers (ODP, HLF, MOS, QIHU, COG, KRA, LZB, BZH, SFL, IBN)

The top aftermarket NYSE gainers Tuesday were: Office Depot, Herbalife, Mosaic, Qihoo 360 Technology, Cabot Oil & Gas Corp, Kraton Performance Polymers, La-Z-Boy, Beazer Homes USA, Ship Finance International and ICICI Bank Ltd.

Office Depot Inc. (ODP) shares surged 5.31 percent to $3.30 in aftermarket trading session. The company will announce fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2011, on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012.

Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) shares gained 3.95 percent to $64.93 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $105.4 million or $0.86 per share compared to $86.3 million or $0.69 per share in the same period a year ago and against analysts’ estimation of $0.73 per share.

For fiscal 2012, the company currently expects earnings to be in a range of $3.40 to 3.60 per share compared to its earlier estimation of $3.25 to $3.45 per share and against analysts’ estimation of $3.49 per share.

Mosaic Co. (MOS) shares rose 3.23 percent to $58.75 in post market trading session. The company announced that it has settled a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and other environmental groups that will now allow MOS to expand a major phosphate mine in South Fort Meade, Fla.

Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. (QIHU) shares gained 2.73 percent to $17.64 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $13.71, a 52-week high of $36.21 and $2 billion in market capitalization.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. (COG) shares rose 2.56 percent to $36.93 in post market trading session. Analysts at Jefferies Group re-affirmed “buy” rating on shares of COG.

Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. (KRA) shares advanced 2.34 percent to $29.37 in aftermarket trading session.

La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB) shares rose 2.29 percent to $14.75 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported third quarter net profit of $15.0 million or $0.28 per share, up from $10.0 million or $0.19 per share in the same quarter last year.

Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH) shares advanced 2.09 percent to $3.42 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading session.

Ship Finance International Ltd. (SFL) shares gained 2.05 percent to $13.91 in post market trading session after gaining more than 4 percent in regular session.

ICICI Bank Ltd. (IBN) shares rose 2.02 percent to $40.59 in post market trading session.
