Robyn Coles' Naked Catwalk at London Fashion Week 2012 Spikes Sales [NSFW PHOTOS]

Robyn Coles, the hat designer that premiered her collection of Autumn/Winter 2012 hats at London Fashion Week is gaining tremendous popularity. What is the reason for her overnight popularity explosion? It could be the gorgeous hats she displayed, or it may be linked to the way her models displayed them...completely naked.

Talking to Coles on the phone, the designer sounds like it's been a crazy and overall busy on her end since the fashion show. "We've seen an increase in sales," she said of her headwear. "They're being sold on LoveHats.com. I think the website crashed yesterday," she said laughing, "As did mine." For now all the hats seem to be taking off. "We haven't seen a trend yet," said Cole, "but we think we will be soon."

The increase in traffic doesn't seem to be much of a surprise to Robyn Coles. "That's why I did it," said Coles of deciding to have her models show off the hats while naked.

Besides the increase in traffic, Coles has also discovered that her naked catwalk has made some people "squeamish," especially when friend, and glamour model Sophia Cahill walked out naked and eight months pregnant. Cole knew it was unique to see a pregnant woman on the catwalk.

Besides Cahill, four other nude models walked the catwalk. One of the models was actor and comedian Jeff Leach.  

As of now the most popular of Coles' hats on LoveHats.com is the Grace Crown in Leopard Print. The hat is made from wool and features two stripped ostrich quills.
