Top After Market NYSE Movers (PCS, GTN, USM, LGF, MHS, KSM, QIHU, IPG, SOL, SYK)

The top aftermarket NYSE gainers Friday were: MetroPCS Communications, Gray Television, United States Cellular Corp, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp and MedcoHealth Solutions. The top aftermarket NYSE losers were: Scudder Strategic Municipal Income Trust, Qihoo 360 Technology Co, Interpublic Group of Companies, Renesola Ltd and Stryker Corp.

Gainers:

MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (PCS) shares climbed 7.66 percent to $12.93 in aftermarket trading session. Sprint Nextel reportedly abandoned plans to buy PCS, walking away from a deal that might have helped Sprint vie with Verizon Wireless and AT&T Inc, Bloomberg reported.

Gray Television, Inc. (GTN) shares surged 3.86 percent to $2.32 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $5.9 million or $0.10 per share compared to $20.1 million or $0.35 per share in the same period a year-ago.

United States Cellular Corp. (USM) shares advanced 2.76 percent to $46.55 in post market trading session. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading session after reporting fourth quarter earnings. Its fourth quarter net income declined to $2.8 million or $0.03 per share from $7.8 million or $0.09 per share in the same period last year.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (LGF) shares gained 2.37 percent to $14.24 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.69, a 52-week high of $14.15 and $2 billion in market capitalization.

MedcoHealth Solutions Inc. (MHS) shares rose 2.31 percent to $65.62 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $44.60, a 52-week high of $66.38 and $24.98 billion in market capitalization.

Losers:

Scudder Strategic Municipal Income Trust (KSM) shares declined 2.97 percent to $13.41 in post market trading session.

Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. (QIHU) shares fell 1.57 percent to $19.41 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock climbed more than 7 percent in regular trading session.

Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG) shares declined 1.57 percent to $11.44 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock climbed more than 6 percent in regular trading after reporting fourth quarter earnings. Its fourth quarter net profit rose to $259 million or $0.50 per share from $195 million or $0.36 per share in the same period a year-ago.

Renesola Ltd. (SOL) shares declined 1.77 percent to $2.77 in aftermarket trading session.

Stryker Corp. (SYK) shares declined 1.33 percent to $54.05 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $43.73, a 52-week high of $65.21 and $20.87 billion in market capitalization.
