Motorola Droid 3
Motorola Droid 3 Verizon Wireless

Verizon is offering four Droid phones for $10 each until March 12, and the two best are the Motorola Droid 3 and HTC Droid Incredible 2. HTC already announced the Droid Incredible 2 will get a software update in the form of Android 4.0, but it hasn't said when that would be. Motorola is still evaluating whether or not to update the Droid 3, but most of it's phones and tablets are in this category, including the Droid Razr Maxx.

These prices reflect the inclusion of a new two-year contract and data plan, of course, but it's the best deal going right now. Verizon is also running a double data deal where four gigabytes of data are available with the two gigabyte data plan. The deals should be compatible, so it's a good time to upgrade if you need a keyboard slider (Droid 3) or phone you know will get Android 4.0 (Droid Incredible 2). The only other better deal out there is the HTC Titan on AT&T for a penny. That's an on-contract, Web only price, and the Titan runs the Microsoft system, so it's quite different. It does have a large 4.7-inch screen however, so it might be worth checking out if your Verizon contract is up and you're thinking of switching to AT&T.

If you're sticking wth Verizon, the Droid 3 features the slide-out keyboard, 4-inch qHD display, dual cameras, 16 gigabytes of storage, microSD card slot and DLNA support for wireless streaming of content to DLNA compatible HDTVs. If you're thinking Droid Incredible 2, it also has a 4-inch screen, but with less internal storage than the Droid 3. It does feature the microSD card slot and dual cameras, however. Let us know in the comments if you're a Verizon customer and you're ready to upgrade or if you're saving up for the new 4G iPad.
