Lindsay Lohan is on the right track with her community service as it is being reported that the troubled actress has finished her responsibilities at the L.A. County Morgue. However, an alleged hit-and-run incident the other night could derail Lohan's good legal standings.

Early Wednesday morning, Lohan was pulling out of Sayers Club in Los Angeles and was swarmed by paparazzi. The manager at the hookah lounge next door to the club alleges that Lohan hit him before driving off. Police responded to the scene where the alleged victim told then he didn't need medical attention and the police quickly closed the case. However, after the manager learned who Lohan was he started complaining he was hurt and went to the emergency room. It is being reported that he will file charges against Lohan.

If the alleged victim presses charges, Lohan could be charged with a hit-and-run and it could be a violation for her shoplifting probation case. An eyewitness at the club, Sarah, a 16-year-old paparazzo, says that she went around into the alleyway to help Lohan drive out of the swarm of the paparazzi. As Lohan was leaving the alleged victim asked Lohan what she was doing and she replied, Don't worry we're leaving.

Sarah says that Lohan did not strike the alleged victim with her car and that he did not even leave his staircase, but that when Lohan left he made up a story and said, [Lindsay] is definitely going to pay.

Lohan has vehemently denied the rumors taking to her Twitter account saying, Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I've been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn't even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.
