Patricia Krentcil, the mother who been notoriously nicknamed the tanning bed mom after being accused of taking her five-year-old daughter to a tanning salon, was the subject of a parody skin on SNL over the weekend, but the tanorexic mom is laughing at the gag on Saturday Night Live.

It was well done, 44-year-old Krentcil told the New York Post. The whole thing was hysterical.

During the Weekend Update, Seth Meyers and Kristen Wiig teamed up to poke fun at Krentcil.

Hello Seth. Sorry about all the smoke. I just came from the tanning salon, Wiig said, dressed like Krentcil with painted brown skin, bleach blonde hair, pale lips and a tiny white bow.

Meyer described Krentcil as a baseball glove while Wiig said she just has a base tan so I don't burn this summer.

When Meyer pressed Wiig dressed as Krentcil about the allegations surrounding her case, Wiig responded, I would never bring a five-year-old into a tanning bed. Tanning beds should only be used by adults. Because, you may not know this Seth, some people over-tan.

Krentcil was arrested and charged with second-degree child endangerment in New Jersey on Wednesday after her daughter Anna suffered from a burn which the child said was from indoor tanning. Known as the tanning mom, Krentcil was released on $25,000 bail and faces up to 10 years in prison if she is convicted.

Since the news broke of her arrest, Krentcil has become the center of the media spotlight, which was capitalized by SNL. Krentcil even took a moment to joke about herself after she claimed people have gone on jealous tirades about her.

I can't blame them for being jealous, she said. I am alluring in a way they'll never be. Trust me, there are plenty of men in New Jersey who would love to snap into this Slim Jim.

However, the tanning mom does not believe her case deserves as much limelight as it is getting.

If you think about it for a second, Iraq and Cuba we're involved in now...but they care that I tan, Krentcil told the New York Post.
