The new trailer for Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby is so fast and colorful that it's difficult to spot the gaping typo in the center of a Time's Square billboard, but there is one: Zeigfeld Follies.

Spelling marshals on Twitter pointed out the accurate spelling is in fact Ziegfled Follies. While the mistake may have been covered up well by the stunning backdrop of bright colors, costumes and steamy scenes between Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan; many Twitter users complained that the typo was distracting.

Everything was great in the Great Gatsby Trailer until they spun to the Typo! Tweeted Gina Jiggles.

It's good to see that even the pros make spelling errors. The Great Gatsby trailer has a great typo. Zeigfeld should be Ziegfled, Zak Heald tweeted.

A budget of $127,000,000 and it seems no one was paid to check the spelling of Ziegfeld Follies in the Great Gatsby trailer. #whoopsadaisy, wrote another fan.

The trailer to Baz Luhrmann's latest film, an adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic The Great Gatsby was released on Tuesday, ahead of the films Dec. 25 release date.

Leonardo DiCaprio plays Jay Gatsby who works to lure Daisy Buchanan (Carrey Mulligan) with his extravagant parties. The story is told through the perspective of Nick Carraway, Daisy's cousin, who is played by Tobey Maguire.

This is not the first time DiCaprio works with the Moulin Rouge director. Luhrmann and DiCaprio worked alongside one another in the 1996 film, Romeo and Juliet, where DiCaprio played the part of Romeo alongside Claire Danes.
