It's the biggest week of the year for video game fanatics -- the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo opens in Los Angeles Tuesday.

The three-day developers' conference, running through Thursday, will showcase the state of the video game industry in 2012. With the most prominent names in the gaming world in the house, fans are sure to hear updates on the next generations of consoles from Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo. For those unable to get to the LA Convention Center, here's a rundown of where to catch the live stream.

Nintendo. For everything Nintendo, including pre-E3 revelations about the Wii U, check out Nintendo All Access. Fans hope to see some release date titles for the coming console soon enough.

PlayStation. Sony PlayStation's live broadcast is only hours away from beginning, so be sure to head over to the official PlayStation website at 9 p.m. EST Monday.

Xbox. Microsoft held its pre-E3 press conference, so don't miss out on the rest of the excitement this week. Check out the official page, as well as the Xbox Facebook page where a live stream of the keynotes is available.

EA. For all the EA news and coverage, the official website is set with an E3 page to keep fans up to speed. We'll be sure to see some new information on titles such as Battlefield, Crysis, and Medal of Honor.

Ubisoft. Ubisoft's live E3 stream will be available on YouTube, but you can also watch it on InEntertainment. This is set to kick off at 6 p.m. EST. Gamers can expect to see some new footage from the upcoming Assassin's Creed 3, since Ubisoft has confirmed finishing a fresh demo recently.

Kotaku. This gaming news site will be streaming the entire 3-day-long event on their website, thanks to Spike TV.

G4. G4's coverage of E3 will be running all week long, in their section dubbed E3 Headquarters.

For those looking to share in the anticipation and excitement with others, the Nintendo World Store offers E3 viewing parties on Tuesday. In addition to broadcasting the press conference, Mario Tennis Open tournaments will be held in the store after the keynotes. Food will be served, and a Nintendo insider will also be there to answer questions for fans. Prize raffles will also be offered. If none of the above options work for you, E3 can be seen on Spike TV and through various Xbox Live apps.
