U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sure knows how to have a good time. She was caught dancing again -- on the job this time -- on Sunday, in Malawi in East Africa.

Clinton's Malawi stop was a part of an eleven-day Africa tour. She is the first high-ranking U.S. official to visit the country since former Vice President Dan Quayle in 1991.

While in Lilongwe, the country's capital, Clinton met with Malawi President Joyce Banda and embassy staff. She also announced that over the next three years, the U.S. plans to invest more than $46 million to strengthen Malawi's agriculture sector.

It was during a visit with the Lumbadzi Milk Bulking Group that Clinton showed her dancing skills. Outfitted in traditional dress, a smiling Clinton expressed honor in being in the country just before showing off some hip movements and hand gestures being taught to her by a local. It is not the first time Clinton, the secretary of cool, was caught "busting a move." Earlier this year, she was photographed at a bar in Colombia, grooving to the music.

A statement released by the State Department noted that with U.S. support over the years, Malawi's milk production has increased 500 percent.

"We want to help agriculture in Malawi get even stronger, so that all the children will have better lives," Clinton said. "I look forward to hearing more about the success of our support for agriculture here in Malawi."
