Former "Part of Five" star Neve Campbell introduced her newborn baby to the world during a beach trip with boyfriend J.J. Feild, in Los Angeles on Sunday. Although the tight-lipped Campbell has chosen not to release any details about the birth, including the baby's name or sex, she announced in March over Twitter that she and Feild were expecting a child together.

"Thanks to everyone for the congratulations," tweeted the actress. "I'm very happy, and I'm even happier to know that people come to my life because I like my work!"

Wearing a polka dot bikini top and a black maxi skirt, the 38-year-old star, who gave birth only a few weeks ago, looked confident with her post-delivery body, and seemed to relax and enjoy the waves with Peild. The couple split their time at the beach soaking in the sun and taking turns feeding and changing their new baby, looking ecstatic the whole time.

Campbell, who played Sidney Prescott in the slasher film series "Scream," has stayed true to her roots and recently finished working on another thriller, the Lifetime movie "Sworn to Silence," which she also executive produced, about a series of brutal murders in a small Amish town in Ohio.

Her next project, "Vivaldi," still in pre-production is a historical drama based on the early life of Antonio Vivaldi. Along with Campbell, the cast includes Elle Fanning, Brian Cox, Alfred Molina, and Max Irons as Vivaldi, and follows Vivaldi as the composer-turned-priest-turned-teacher takes a position teaching music at an institution caring for the illegitimate daughters of courtesans in 17th century Venice.

Although the couple have not shared plans to officially tie the knot, Campbell has been married twice before. Her first marriage, to actor Jeff Colt, ended in 1998 after 3 years together. Almost a decade later, Campbell remarried English actor John Light, but the couple filed for divorce 3 years later, in 2010, citing "irreconcilable differences." Although the terms of their divorce were kept confidential, it was reported that Campbell asked the Judge to deny Light any spousal support.

Feild, who recently starred as James Montgomery Falsworth in "Captain America," will next act opposite Keri Russel in the romantic comedy "Austenland," about a young woman so obsessed with Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" that she spends her life savings on a trip to a Jane Austen theme park. Austenland is scheduled to be released this year.
