Rihanna gets wax figure, promises new single

Madame Tussauds honored  pop star Rihanna with her very own wax figure. 

The likenesss of the 22-year-old Rihanna is now on display in Washington D.C. along with the wax figure for the US President Barack Obama and his First Lady Michelle Obama. She joins fellow musicians, pop star Madonna and Jonas Brothers.

New Single From Rihanna

Within two weeks, Rihanna revealed in her Twitter account that a new single from the star will hit the radio. In a tweet to Los Angeles radio host Ryan Seacrest, Rihanna said that she will send the host "something special" to play "over and over."

"Soon! In less than 10 dayz ima send u sumn special," Rihanna said in her tweet to Seacrest, "ur gonna play it OVER and OVER, like I'm the only girl in the world!" 

Rihanna's duet with Eminem in "Love The Way You Lie" is currently reigning the airwaves, landing the Barbadian singer her sixth hit single. She now officially has  six number 1 songs on the Pop song radio airplay chart. Other singers who has the same feat are Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga and Beyonce.
