Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had left their supposedly "secluded" rented house in Bel Air, California. A source said that the lake house was not as private as Pattinson and Stewart had hoped.

The agent in charge of the property told E! News that the couple are no longer renting the house. Previous reports say that Robert Pattinson and his on-and-off screen partner Kristen Stewart meant to take advantage of the break in the couples' schedule. Pattinson was shooting for Water for Elephants in California and Stewart was in Montreal for On the Road.
Renting the house was intended to afford Hollywood's hottest couple some privacy from being hounded by the paparazzi.The listing for the Bel Air lake house states that that it is perfect for privacy: "For those desiring privacy & serenity there is no equal. One-of-a-kind hideaway."

A source told the website that the Pattinson and Stewart apparently did not find much privacy in the house, as Pattinson was even photographed by the paparazzi enjoying a cigarette break inside the lake property.
"They didn't stay at the lake house that often," said the source. "It wasn't as private as they hoped."
