No Supreme Court judgment on BCE sale
The Supreme Court of Canada reserved its decision Tuesday on the $35 billion leveraged buyout of BCE Inc. Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin didn't indicate when the country's highest court would make its ruling but some lawyers said it could come as soon as late Tuesday afternoon after markets close.
