Is that red-head Lindsay Lohan? No, it’s just her estranged half-sister, Ashley Horn.

It’s been almost a year since Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael, admitted to fathering a love child during a brief '90s fling. Following the shocking reports, the actress’ biological half-sister is once again stepping into the spotlight this week after revealing her recent decision to drastically alter her physical appearance. In a new interview with In Touch Weekly, the 18-year-old estranged sibling of the “Mean Girls” star admitted to shelling out a small fortune to undergo procedures to look more like a Lohan.

“My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old,” said Horn, who revealed to the magazine that she spent approximately $25,000 on five different surgical procedures to achieve her new look. “I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin, and some fat injected into my upper cheeks," she said, adding that she is pleased with the results. “I’m hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that.”

Despite going under the knife to appear like her older, famous sibling, the teen claims that she doesn’t aspire to be like the frequently rehabbed star. "I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person,” said Horn. “I’m not Lindsay. I wasn’t raised in that family,” she added.

Horn’s paternity was first revealed in November 2012 on the “The Trisha Goddard" show. On the program, Michael Lohan confirmed with a DNA test that his affair with Horn’s mother, Kristi, in the '90s (when he was still married to his now ex-wife, Dina Lohan) resulted in the birth of the then 17-year-old. “I don’t want to be a part of the Lohan train wreck,” said Horn, who also shared similar sentiments regarding the infamous Long Island family on her Twitter page, following the scandal in 2012. “I’ve tried to be the bigger person and reach out woman to woman but I’m done,” said Horn in a public tweet to her famous half-sister.“I just can’t. If you don’t care, why should I?”
