Ashton Kutcher recently opened up about his divorce from Demi Moore in 2013.

The actor said that he was so affected by the end of their marriage that he decided to go to the woods and stayed there for an entire week. Kutcher only brought some tea and water with him, and he also made sure to bring a notebook along.

“I went to Big Sky in Montana, and I did no food, no drink – just water and tea,” he said.

The 40-year-old actor also said that he did not have access to his computer, cell phone or any other mobile device. “I was there by myself so there was no talking, and I just had a notepad and a pen and water and tea for a week. I started to hallucinate on like day 2 which was fantastic. It was pretty wonderful. I was doing tai chi with my own energy,” he shared.

And in order to help mend his broken heart, Kutcher decided to write down all of his grudges from his previous relationships. He wrote a letter to every single one of the women he dated and then sent them out. “It was almost like an A.A. exercise, where I was like, ‘I probably have done some damage,’ so I just cleared my palate,” he explained.

Kutcher and Moore tied the knot in 2005. The couple was together for six years. Following their divorce, they released separate statements.

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life,” said Moore.

“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail,” said Kutcher.

The “That 70’s” show actor is now married to Mila Kunis. The couple tied the knot on July 4, 2015, and they have been blessed with two children.
